Muzzle-loading firearms fall under two Schedules. Revolvers fall under Schedule II of the Arms Act 2005 and may only be sold to persons who are in possession of a Target Shooter Licence A or a Collector Licence A. Single-shot pistols and rifles fall under Schedule III of the Arms Act 2005. No licence is required. However a Police transfer is required. For further information contact AMACS.
